Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience and drive sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and negotiate terms of sale
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Utilize sales support tools to manage leads, track sales activity, and update customer information in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with dealership operations is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales support tools
- Strong negotiation skills
