Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our team. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, overseeing account activities, and driving business growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact
- Lead and supervise a team of account managers, providing guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks or opportunities
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and management
- Conduct sales presentations and participate in client meetings to pitch new products or services
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure terms are favorable for both parties
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track account activities and manage customer data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
