Our company is looking to expand our team by filling a full-time Entry Level Account Manager role. The Entry Level Account Manager is passionate about building relationships, providing inclusive customer care, and leading others. Our Entry Level Account Manager will specialize in the development of business, client support, customer service, and improving the overall customer experience. Our company prioritizes continuously cultivating relations with team members to create a diverse and caring environment. We are looking for our Entry Level Account Manager to implement our company's values with our customers to improve the overall quality and experience we provide.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our customers to engage with them on products and services that are available specifically to them
- Qualify, educate, and process any sales orders for customers and input them into our POS system accurately
- Ensure that our company continues to expand our client's customer base through the local area
- Work closely with other Entry Level Account Managers to stay current with new market trends in the local area and up to date with any new product or service features
- Handle all customer complaints, questions, credits, installations, and anything else the customer may need in regards to our support
- Deliver tailored position service to each customer to build upon the professional relationship and potential future referrals
What We Are Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service-based environment; Customer Service, Client Relations, Customer Support, Account Management, Leadership Development or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to manage high volume customers based with quick evolving and adaptable approaches
- Proven ability to speak with customers professionally and confidently, interacting with customers daily
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal when representing the client
- Ability to develop, revise, and manage all SOPs and standard compliance practices
- Reliable transportation to the office daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
