Seekingg a talented and highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Responsibilities:
- Recruiting/hiring/training of sales representatives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals
- Prepare and deliver twice-weekly sales meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and numbers
- Excellent presentation skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
