Regional Sales Manager
Type: Full Time
Location: Travel in Oregon, WA, other states as needed (Corporate Office located in Tigard, OR)
Wage $85,000-$100,000 plus Lucrative Bonus Plan
Benefits: Employee Medical Benefits starting at $17.50 per pay period for Regence or Kaiser for full-time employees.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing census within the Community Based Care (CBC) division. This position will be responsible for executing the sales and outreach plans for assigned communities. Focus communities will fluctuate and are assigned based on the current needs of the division.
The RSM will also provide coaching and training for the Director of Sales and Outreach (DSO) role throughout the division and will conduct site visits at assigned locations to support our Brand Standards being met.
This role will also be responsible for filling in for the DSO position in the event of vacancies and/or leaves of absence.
The RSM will be a strong team player who is easily adaptable to supporting any of our Avamere CBC teams.
Essential Functions:
- Assume the role of DSO at assigned Avamere CBC communities.
- Train and coach new DSOs as assigned.
- Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards are being met at assigned communities.
- Work with DSO’s in assigned communities to improve census in that community.
- Host Regional Sales Calls, fostering the transfer of best practices and celebration of successes.
- Execute SHERPA CRM and Prospect Centered Selling sales methodology. Serve as the champion for the sales team, fostering investment and excitement amongst the team.
- Execute Sales and Outreach Plans accordingly.
- Supports a positive and professional environment that fosters strong team member engagement that exemplifies Avamere’s core values and mission.
- Portray a positive representation of Avamere.
- Any other duties and/or projects assigned by VP of Sales and Marketing.
Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience
- Must have experience in senior living sales and outreach.
- Must have experience using Sherpa CRM (or similar CRM)
- Multi-site sales experience preferred.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to multiple locations and fly to other locations throughout the division.
