What you'll Experience:

• An in-depth rotational learning experience in the fields of Customer Contact, Sales Support, Technical Training in the applications lab, marketing, and inside sales within Pharmaceutical Colors teams.
• Receive exceptional guidance from a mentor who will help you navigate, learn and ultimately become the Salesperson you're dreaming to be.
• Once your training is completed, you will move into a Sales Account Manager role with direct ownership over your own sales territory and the ability to manage and grow your business.

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a science or business-related discipline. Direct lab or other industry relevant experience a plus!
• Professional business experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability. Your training will take place Saint Louis, MO. After successfully completing the program, we offer you your own territory in the United States.
• Ability to relocate after training, is required.
• Passion. Your drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team.
