Position Overview:
Powerfull Solar seeks an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to meet the surging demand for renewable energy. As a detail-oriented, driven, and energetic professional, you'll play a key role in expanding our residential market share. Your responsibilities include lead generation, client acquisition, and building lasting relationships with customers. Join us in providing green energy solutions and shaping a sustainable future. OTE is $168,000. High Performers are earning $195,000.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed individual customer acquisition goals through field sales efforts.
- Manage the entire customer sales cycle from prospecting to installation and activation.
- Qualify and pitch decision makers on Powerfull Solar’s renewable energy solution to convert to solar energy.
- Travel throughout the territory and prospect for new leads
- Manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Deliver interactive sales presentations on renewable energy products and services to customers.
- Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to complete the sales process
- Door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting
- Learn and use CRM and other tools for the job
- Sign Contracts and collect necessary documentation to complete project delivery
- After three months successful in the role, you will also mentor new consultants to help them also become successful in the role.
- Participate in company meetings and implement new strategies that are provided to you.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of successful B2B, B2C Sales, or organizing outreach experience.
- 2-4 years of successful Solar Sales Experience
- 2-4 years of successful Door to Door Lead Generation and Sales Experience
- Track record of achieving quotas, targets, and goals
- Ability to close contracts and get the job done and ability to prospect and open new sales opportunities
- Experience with building relationships with consumers in a residential community or event
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesrabbit, and other sales enablement platforms is strongly preferred
- Background or passion for sustainability, clean energy, or related environmental field
- Excitement toward a fast-paced work and startup environment
- Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented; always willing to lend a hand to a team member
- Spanish Speaking Strongly Preferred
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.

- High school diploma
