Position Overview

As a Wellness Account Manager at Harmony Health, you will be responsible for selling health coverage plans and complementary wellness products while delivering exceptional customer support. You will also play a key role in client retention, ensuring that customers stay engaged and satisfied with the solutions provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts focused on health and wellness products
Sell health insurance plans and complementary products such as wellness programs, and supplemental products.
Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Build long-lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and regular follow-ups
Ensure client retention by offering proactive solutions and staying engaged with their needs over time
Conduct consultations to assess clients’ wellness goals and recommend tailored solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to offer informed recommendations
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and support issues using our CRM system

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide top-notch customer support and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus

Pay: $78,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
