Job Overview:
We are seeking a goal oriented individual with an existing book of business to bring into our organization so that we can support them and give them the tools to expand their business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement stratfy new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities and performance metrics
Experience:
Direct experience in Transportation, Sales, Business Dev. or experience working at a shipper/receiver/manufacturer.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a sales team
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Background in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and analyzing sales data
We have several options of pay Salary and Commission or both.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
