With our one-call-close strategy, you'll leverage your expertise to help homeowners transform their largest investments, all while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do:

Utilize our advanced tools and software to measure and assess painting projects.
Conduct one-call-close sales presentations to homeowners, showcasing our exceptional services and solutions.
Build rapport with customers, address objections, and secure sales on the spot.
Collaborate with our team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in home improvement or a related industry (e.g., roofing, solar, baths, kitchens, HVAC).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Reliable transportation and availability to work 5 days and 12 appointments a week.
Availability on Saturday mornings and afternoons, as well as 4 days a week Monday-Friday, with 3 of those days requiring availability for morning (10am), afternoon (2pm), and evening (6pm) appointments. Sales reps must work a total of 3 evenings in their 5-day schedule.
