We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Sales Support Representative in Pompano Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will assists and supports the sales team in various capacities. Responsibilities may include handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process. English and Spanish fluency required.
Salary : $17.00 – $20.00 an hour
Job Type : Full-time Monday - Friday 8-4:30
Qualifications and requirements:
Have a minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience.
Have experience in a small office environment as the lead administrator.
Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Thrive in a fast-paced environment as a competitive self-starter.
Are comfortable making and receiving customer calls, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Demonstrate a natural sense of urgency, always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Responsibilities & Duties include:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
