Executive Sales Assistant:

This Sales Assistant role reports directly to the Head of Sales and collaborates closely with the sales leadership team to manage their schedules and streamline sales operations, enabling Green Oasis to execute initiatives more efficiently.

Sales Assistant Role Would Include:

• Provide administrative support to the sales leaders, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.
• Assist in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Prepare and update sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
• Track and manage sales data, inputting information into CRM systems and generating reports.
• Coordinate logistics for sales events, meetings, and client engagements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups and resolving

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in CRM’s like Salesforce.
• Experience in an executive assistant-type role.
