Responsibilities:
- Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
- Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
- Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
- Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
- Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
- Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
Qualifications
- HVAC is not required, but a plus.
- B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems
Pay Transparency:
The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based fully; the anticipated first year earnings average $85k-$220k Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
