Previous high-volume desking and closing skills experience required
Team Building Skills/ Strong Leadership Skills
Experience managing large sales teams
Self-Starter/Goal Oriented/Strong work ethic/ Integrity/Attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment/Good time management skills
Documented top 5% performer in the current role
Professional communication and people skills
Positive attitude with high-energy personality/Professional appearance
Willingness to learn, receptive to new ideas/Ability to be a team player
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
Bi-lingual is a plus
