Job Summary: The Outside Plumbing Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our technicians in the field. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach and strong leadership skills and selling plumbing jobs to mainly residential customers in their homes. The company provides the leads so no cold calling required, just respond to provided residential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the outside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement of the sales team.
- Client Engagement:
- Meet with residential clients to understand their plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, products, and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
