This role is hybrid/remote for candidates located in the Austin/Houston metro areas.

What you can offer us:

  • Conduct sales calls via telephone to assigned customers to identify needs, develop customer relationships and generate sales.
  • Perform complete sales cycle from cold calling, building relationships, generate proposals and close sales to hit team quota.
  • Conduct prospect calls to identify and generate new customers or develop new product sales at existing customers.
  • Work with Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers to develop leads and generate new and maintain existing business.
  • Document all sales calls in SalesForce.com CRM software system.
  • Prospects for new sales opportunities. Generates leads via outbound calling and e-mail.
  • Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales opportunities.
  • Review Sales Summary Reports weekly to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
  • Experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers, preferred.
  • Degree in business, preferred.
  • Works well with cross-functional teams to reach results
  • Proactive, seeking information and demonstrate great internal and external communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Leads in communicating effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Clearly delivers high quality work on time
  • Highly organized, excellent problem solver, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize activities.
  • Builds and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
