Job Overview:
The Account Manager maintains and grows revenue at established accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow revenue targets for established accounts.
- By expanding relations and pursuing new opportunities.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and expectations.
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with assigned accounts. Understand the account needs and create solutions.
- Gather from various sources all pertinent information required to estimate, enter, and process a customer order into the order entry system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
- Conduct Business Reviews.
- Provide reports outlined by Management – Weekly status report, Monthly budget.
- Conduct business in alignment with Seaway’s core values

- All other duties as assigned
KPIs:
- Revenue - Actual vs. Budget
- Business Reviews – Scheduled and completed.
- New Account onboarding – Checklist followed and completed.
- Customer Interaction – Measurement using HubSpot documentation.
FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary Position)
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)
- Prior Account Management and printing experience preferred.
