Job Overview:


The Account Manager maintains and grows revenue at established accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow revenue targets for established accounts.
  • By expanding relations and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with assigned accounts. Understand the account needs and create solutions.
  • Gather from various sources all pertinent information required to estimate, enter, and process a customer order into the order entry system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Conduct Business Reviews.
  • Provide reports outlined by Management – Weekly status report, Monthly budget.
  • Conduct business in alignment with Seaway’s core values

  • All other duties as assigned

KPIs:

  • Revenue - Actual vs. Budget
  • Business Reviews – Scheduled and completed.
  • New Account onboarding – Checklist followed and completed.
  • Customer Interaction – Measurement using HubSpot documentation.

FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary Position)

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities)

  • Prior Account Management and printing experience preferred.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in an office environment with frequent communication with customers via email and phone. Travel for customer visits is required.
