Recently, our Entry Level Account Manager team forged a strategic partnership with Verizon, a leading player in internet and technology services. Aligned with Verizon’s commitment to prioritizing clients and delivering on promises, we are excited to contribute to the rollout and expansion of their cutting-edge internet services.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the face of our team, engaging with prospective customers daily and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers on behalf of Verizon, providing product and service information, addressing inquiries, and facilitating the sales process.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations using consultative sales skills to identify individual needs and tailor TV and internet solutions accordingly.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers and the Entry Level Account Manager team to enhance opportunities for upselling and referrals.
  • Provide information on wireless products and solutions to customers.
  • Handle customer questions and concerns with confidence, professionalism, and respect.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales interactions and escalate any issues to the Entry Level Account Manager department and manager.

The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Account Manager position possesses:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant client-facing role related to our Entry Level Account Manager team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • McKeesport, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
