Job Overview
As an Insulation Sales Specialist, you will sell EcoSmart Home Services' energy-efficient products and services. You will meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments, assess their needs, and present customized solutions. This is a commission-only position with a competitive earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Sell all products and services provided by EcoSmart Home Services.
- Customer Engagement: Represent the company professionally and maintain our customer-first service philosophy.
- Contracting: Write up contracts according to EcoSmart Home Services specifications and collect down payments before work begins, with final payments collected upon completion.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and apply the EcoSmart Home Services Sales Process, including the PitchBook, Sales Video, and Sales Handbook.
- On-Site Visits: Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments (10 AM - 8 PM), including evenings and weekends.
- Documentation: Take photos of the work to be performed, which will accompany the contract for installers.
- Networking: Work with HVAC professionals, roofers, and previous customers to generate referrals.
- Scheduling: Confirm all scheduled installation dates and visit customers and crews on installation day.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, ideally in a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Spanish speaking is a plus!
- Commitment: A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Drive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to achieving sales goals.
- Transportation: Must have a car and reliable means to attend appointments.
