Job Summary:
Bonal Technologies, a leader in vibratory stress relief and metal improvement solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to expand our global presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an engineering degree, and fluency in English and at least one European language . This role requires up to 20% international travel and the ability to communicate technical solutions to customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase Bonal Technologies’ international market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key global markets, particularly in Europe.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international clients and distributors.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions on Bonal Technologies’ products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Provide regular reports on international sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Represent Bonal Technologies at selected international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, Chemistry or a related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international equipment sales .
- Fluency in English and at least one European language.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex sales cycles and close deals in international markets.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and stress relief technologies.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and territories.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
