Job Description

Job Summary:
Bonal Technologies, a leader in vibratory stress relief and metal improvement solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to expand our global presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an engineering degree, and fluency in English and at least one European language . This role requires up to 20% international travel and the ability to communicate technical solutions to customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase Bonal Technologies’ international market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key global markets, particularly in Europe.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international clients and distributors.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions on Bonal Technologies’ products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Provide regular reports on international sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Represent Bonal Technologies at selected international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, Chemistry or a related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international equipment sales .
  • Fluency in English and at least one European language.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex sales cycles and close deals in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, and stress relief technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and territories.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
