WALTER Surface Technology is rapidly growing and is seeking a hands-on Brand Manager Communications to develop and execute strategic marketing advertising and lead-generation initiatives. Your goal will be to produce multiple advertising campaigns and effectively invest to enhance the company's brand image, awareness in key-markets, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. Job Summary

The Brand Manager will support the brand team by leading our advertising & lead-generation strategies. Our success is driven by the skills and ideas of our talented and diverse team members. This position is responsible for assisting the Director Brand & Communications in leading of all aspects of our advertising campaigns including digital media (static ads, video ads, search ads across various advertising networks) and advanced audience targeting (geo-targeting, lead lists). You will be working in partnership with the Communication, Channel Marketing, Inside Sales, E-Commerce and Product Manager teams.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Develop advertising and lead-generation plans with the Director of Brand and & Communications
  • Identify, prioritize and optimize tactics to attract leads, increase website traffic, and drive lead-generation conversions
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (awareness metrics, lead quantity & quality)
  • Build conversion landing pages & implement lead generation workflows

Advertising and Brand Content Production:

  • Leverage consumer insights & product knowledge to craft advertising messaging
  • Lead the production of advertising material to deliver top-quality creative assets (briefs, location scouting, pre-production meetings with agency, pre-shoot preparation, on-shoot coordination, post-production guidance)
  • Deliver all required assets needed for digital advertising plans
  • Develop creative assets for the needs of Communication & Channel Marketing teams

Paid Advertising Management:

  • Work in partnership with Media agency to build high-performing media investments and optimize lead-generation tactics
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize advertising budget spending throughout the campaigns

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Curious, resourceful and proactive
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities (able to handle multiple campaigns at once)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Able communicator, verbally and in writing, in both French and English
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Knowledge of HUBSPOT, Meta Ads Manager, Canva and Photoshop an asset).
  • Ability to travel as required (minimal).

Experience and Education:

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent academic background and five (5) years relevant experience
  • Experience working in a B2B industrial company & knowledge of B2B lead-generation marketing strategy would be an asset.
