Job Description
A Sales Manager will be result driven and be responsible for assisting in sales management of a store by making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly, and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, meeting sales and profitability goals, and managing sales effectively.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional groups
- Additional sales duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven successful experience as a retail sales lead
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
