Our latest venture involves launching an upstart subsidiary, NetVata, LLC, focused on developing an Internet Service Provider (ISP) tailored for multi-user complexes and environments.

Job Description: As the Vice President of Sales for our ISP subsidiary, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market presence and driving revenue growth. Your strategic vision, leadership, and ability to build strong client relationships will be critical to our success. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to define the sales strategy, revenue targets, and market positioning.
  • Develop, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue objectives.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with major clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with key stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and explore growth opportunities.

3. Sales Operations:

  • Identify and on-board sales team members. Oversee daily sales activities, including pipeline management, lead generation, and deal closures.
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasting accurately to drive informed decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

4. Reporting and Communication:

  • Generate sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

5. Team Building and Training:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Master's degree advantageous).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of selling strategies, CRM software, and sales technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ISP industry, competitive products, and market dynamics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
