Regional Lighting Sales Manager
Overview:
Our client is a company seeking a Regional Lighting Sales Manager for their Northeastern Region. The candidate will be based in their New York City office and will cover offices in New York City, Boston, and Chicago. This manager will be responsible for leading and developing a successful sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan and strategies to maintain existing customers, attract new customers, and increase sales volume and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to existing key accounts.
- Manage the day-to-day sales activities, providing leadership to the sales team.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team, building a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate communication across departments to facilitate smooth operational processes.
- Travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of lighting industry and products preferred.
