What You Will Do As An Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate product and service solutions.
  • Manage individual customer accounts, handle confidential customer information, and organize sales contracts.
  • Follow up with former customers to gather valuable feedback and identify areas of improvement within consumer interactions.
  • Attend daily training sessions with other entry-level Customer Support Representative team members to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay informed on deals, promotions, product launches, and new services being offered by our clients.

What You Need To Succeed As An Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Passion for helping people and delivering unmatched customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidence when dealing with customer complaints, negotiating contracts, or overturning objections.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
