What You Will Do As An Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate product and service solutions.
- Manage individual customer accounts, handle confidential customer information, and organize sales contracts.
- Follow up with former customers to gather valuable feedback and identify areas of improvement within consumer interactions.
- Attend daily training sessions with other entry-level Customer Support Representative team members to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay informed on deals, promotions, product launches, and new services being offered by our clients.
What You Need To Succeed As An Entry-Level Customer Support Representative:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Passion for helping people and delivering unmatched customer service.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Confidence when dealing with customer complaints, negotiating contracts, or overturning objections.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
