DRF Water Heating Solutions, a fast growing, privately held service organization, seeks a Sales Supervisor for our contact center in the Naperville / North Plainfield area of the Chicago suburbs. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving sales results with the team of 25 Water Solutions Advisors. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the successful Sales Supervisor candidate will have an unquenchable competitiveness, the need for achievement and an enthusiastic attitude. Base salary plus a generous commission plan and benefits.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Supervisor include:
- Sales Achievement - accountable for weekly, monthly & quarterly metrics
- Lead by example, embody our HERO values
- Market analysis
- Development & growth of the team: ongoing training & role play
- Motivation and recognition programs for the sales staff
- Enforce department goals, policies and performance standards
- Manager on duty (MOD) responsibilities
- Training execution for new hires
