Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HVAC Manufacturer Sales Engineer. As an HVAC Manufacturer Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as promoting and selling our high-efficiency air conditioning and heating products to customers. This includes providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering presentations to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and capture new business opportunities and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales and Technical Support Collaboration:

o

Work closely with sales

representatives to provide technical support and training for contractors and

wholesalers.

o

Offer support to sales reps

and call centers, enhancing the overall customer service experience.

o

Work closely with the sales

team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

o

Participate in trade shows,

conferences, and other marketing events.

· Training

and Development:

o

Engage actively in the Ecoer Hero Academy to refine existing training modules and develop

new content, ensuring the

technical proficiency of our team and

clients.

o

Maintain and manage a

Training trailer, equipped with the latest tools and technologies for on-site

and remote training sessions.

· Customer

and After-sales Support:

o

Deliver direct technical

support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat,

addressing issues related to account setup and network configuration.

o

Partner with the After-sales

Support Specialist to handle technical support issues and conduct site visits,

offering hands-on assistance and solutions.

· Voice

of Customer Feedback:

o

Facilitate feedback

collection from contractors and wholesalers to understand customer needs and

experiences better, contributing to product and service improvement.

· Issue

Resolution and Documentation:

o

Efficiently diagnose and

troubleshoot technical problems, asking targeted questions to quickly identify the root cause.

o

Document technical issues

and solutions, ensuring accurate and timely feedback is

provided to customers and internal teams.

· Product

Improvement and Reporting:

o

Prepare and submit monthly reports to

the technical support manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas

for improvement.

· Collaboration

and Continuous Learning:

o

Collaborate with product

management and software development teams to resolve product issues and enhance

offerings.

o

Commit to continuous

learning, staying abreast of new technologies and product updates to provide expert advice and support.

· Installation,

Configuration and Maintenance:

o

Guide users through the

installation and setup processes, configuring software and hardware components

for optimal performance.

o

Recommend solutions to

improve system performance and capacity, advising on upgrades and changes as needed.

Qualifications

  • HVAC Engineering and Design skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies
  • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Maintenance and Repair skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
