Position Overview:

The Sr. Treasury Manager is critical in the day-to-day global Treasury operations of the organization and has an important role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that promote positive change for the company. This position reports to the Treasurer and works closely with all Finance functions (Accounting, AP, AR, Tax, Payroll, FP&A, International Finance), other internal constituents (such as Procurement, Legal, Operations, IT), and external parties (particularly banking partners).

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain banking relationships and serve as a conduit between banking partners and other areas of the business to optimize the global banking and cash management structure and processes. This includes: Identify and evaluate opportunities to better utilize banking products and services; manage projects involving Treasury, banking partners, IT, and other areas of the business
  • Perform corporate cash flow analysis and forecasting in anticipation of the company’s cash needs
  • Position and report daily cash
  • Assist in the development of a Treasury Dashboard and identify appropriate KPIs for the Treasury department
  • Perform global Treasury operations activities that include, but are not limited to: processing transaction, administering banking and other Treasury system, managing bank-related documents, investigating and resolve bank and payment issues efficiently, partnering with other functional business areas to facilitate improvements in working capital metrics, preparing month-end and quarter end reports and perform related activities, preparing group reporting materials for C-suite and Audit Committee
  • Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors
  • Lead the corporate insurance renewal process. This includes: collecting, organizing and reviewing data provided by internal business units and departments as required for the renewal, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating calls with senior management and brokers/underwriters
  • Manage corporate insurance relationship with broker
  • Manage internal insurance requests for contract reviews and certificates of insurance
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury at a public multinational company
  • Designation as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of cash management, including, but not limited to, bank account management, updating and maintaining signatories across global bank accounts, process controls and governance
  • Detailed oriented with a mindset of ensuring accuracy in performance of tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve processes
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes
  • Proven track record of project management experience with strong planning skills
  • NetSuite experience
  • Knowledge of XML schema for host-to-host payments
  • Proven experience with corporate insurance
  • Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Google Suite
Pay Range: USD $158,000.00 - USD $238,000.00 /Yr. Pay Transparency Statement:
The annual base salary range is: $154,000-$232,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 4 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
