Position Overview:The Sales Consultant Expert will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships for our staffing services. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual who can effectively communicate with potential clients, manage relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach, to generate new business leads and opportunities within the staffing industry.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct at least five client appointments per week to understand their staffing needs, present our services, and build strong relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Successfully negotiate and sign at least one contract or agreement per week, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update client information in CRM software, tracking interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the management team, providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to service delivery, fostering teamwork and communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with CRM software (e.g., Zoominfo ,Bullhorn ,Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Strong cold calling and email communication skills, with a track record of successful client engagement.
- Ability to schedule and conduct client appointments effectively, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
- Honest and ethical approach to sales, with a commitment to building trust with clients and colleagues.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
