Sales and Marketing Manager:
Davila Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives for our fast-growing luxury homebuilding company. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate our Sales/Marketing team and our exclusive brokerage sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Provide training and coaching on sales and marketing techniques and processes, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and set development plans for team members.
- Actively participating in interviewing and hiring of new team members.
- Hold weekly 1:1 meeting with direct reports.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all operational aspects are efficiently managed.
- Manage and streamline the lead management system, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring that operational goals and sales targets are met.
- Develop sales strategies that align with the company's production capacity and operational goals.
- Work with the finance and operations departments to ensure sales goals align with budgets, inventory, and construction timelines.
- Ensure efficient handoffs between sales, construction, and customer service departments to enhance customer experience.
Marketing Operations:
- Develop and implement operational processes for marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies that drive traffic and generate leads.
- Oversee content creation and campaign execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics as necessary to improve ROI.
- Oversee the management of the company's online presence (website, social media, etc.) to ensure brand alignment and effective lead generation.
Operational Leadership:
- Analyze and improve the efficiency of sales and marketing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement and improve operational processes to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the lead pipeline and CRM.
- Oversee Construction Change Order Operations.
- Develop KPIs for sales and marketing teams, regularly tracking performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with construction, finance, design and permitting teams to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with operational capabilities.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets for sales and marketing, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales and marketing workflow and implement solutions to improve operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices in all sales and marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience that is in line with Davila’s luxury products.
- Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Oversee contract negotiations and closings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Financial Management:
- Prepare sales and marketing forecasts and budgets, monitor financial performance, and report regularly on metrics.
- Collaborate with the Controller to manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions.
- Track and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Cross Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with the construction team to monitor project timelines, ensuring that sales commitments align with construction schedules.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and customer expectations.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate clear communication and problem-solving.
- Partner with Owners and Executive Leadership to improve and adapt Sales and Marketing Operations on an ongoing basis.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve decision-making processes and optimize sales and marketing strategies.
- Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, sales cycle length, and ROI on marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations, ideally within the home building, real estate, or construction industry. Previous leadership experience required.
- Proven experience in managing sales operations and marketing strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and operational workflows.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing and leading teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the home building, construction, or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
