What Youll Do:
Lead, Inspire, and Drive Results: Cultivate a winning culture by motivating agents to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and Grow a Team: Recruit high-potential sales talent, coach them through the licensing process, and support their growth as successful Farmers Agents.
Develop Strategies for Success: Collaborate with agents to create tailored business plans and innovative sales strategies, using data to identify opportunities and drive results.
Mentor and Coach: Be a hands-on leader, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and support to agents, helping them sharpen their sales skills and deepen customer relationships.
Champion of Farmers Values: Represent Farmers Insurance with integrity and commitment, building trust and respect with clients and team members alike.
Salary: $180000.00 - $200000.00 per year

Agency Development: Build and expand your agency with a focus on long-term growth and financial sustainability.
Financial Planning & Growth: Implement financial strategies to ensure consistent revenue growth, overseeing budgeting, investments, and profitability.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Market Expansion: Lead initiatives for business development, identify market opportunities, and develop client acquisition strategies to expand the agencys footprint.
Risk Management: Guide clients through risk assessment and tailored insurance solutions, providing expertise on complex insurance needs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to support agency goals, fostering a culture of accountability and client-focused service.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, efficient workflow, and high-quality client experiences.
