As the Client Partner, you will develop revenue driving opportunities and cultivate partnerships for the CPG vertical. You have the sales skills to deliver revenue growth and achieve targets set while building for future business. You will find success by being a motivated, collaborative, team player who is both strategic and creative. This is a fast-paced, brand facing role that requires industry expertise and demonstrated experience leading, developing and executing innovative partnerships.

This full time position is based in remote from New York City and will report to Group Director, Verticals.

You will:

  • Deliver short-term and long-term sales targets through new business development, pipeline creation and key account management
  • Guide strategic marketing conversations with clients and agencies to define objectives and provide recommendations utilizing Roblox's immersive media solutions
  • Build and pitch creative growth and revenue-driving strategies to meet brands needs and inspire creativity and engagement
  • Manage existing and develop new relationships with customers and media agencies in person and virtually
  • Alongside Group Director, build the Roblox for Brands approach for dedicated vertical categories, develop narratives, playbooks, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data
  • Keep up with social media, entertainment and gaming trends; consume content and think about how it could apply to our partners
  • Partner with Client Solutions Manager to develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships experience leading businesses or accounts.
  • Experience in working with CPG clients
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital and brand marketing
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic partnerships while meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven sales success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
