Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing consultancy services to clients.
- Responding to incoming email, phone, and chat inquiries.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting our products in a way that meets those requirements.
- Following pre-determined sales procedures.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, and emails.
- Escalating and solving standard and non-standard issues.
Requirements:
- Fluent/Native English
- Relevant experience (Customer Support, Account Management) will be a plus but not mandatory
