Sales Rep Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to grow a dynamic new team. In this fast track to leadership role, you will drive sales growth by developing business opportunities and managing new accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a proactive approach to territory management.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
  • Manage new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends; reporting changes in market climate to team leadship.
  • Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and territory management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and customer service principles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to cold call potential clients and engage them effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services to better serve customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
