Sales Rep Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to grow a dynamic new team. In this fast track to leadership role, you will drive sales growth by developing business opportunities and managing new accounts. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
- Manage new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends; reporting changes in market climate to team leadship.
- Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and territory management.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in technology sales.
- Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to cold call potential clients and engage them effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services to better serve customers.
