Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related fields. This position involves outbound calling to promote products or services and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote products or services over the phone
- Follow scripts and communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Obtain customer information and update records in the system
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or related sales roles
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus
