Job Description

Intermountain Wood Products is a wholesale lumber and flooring distributor seeking an individual with the qualifications, skills, and motivation to excel and provide great customer service.

Inside sales and Customer Service Responsibilities

Starting at Inside Sales will give you the right experience and knowledge to have a big impact on team goals, customer service, and career opportunities. This will include;

· Working on the order desk, helping walk-in customers, and processing orders

· Answering phone calls, helping customers with inquiries

· Supporting outside sales associates

· Offering the best in customer service by going the extra mile

· Strong computer skills required

· Strong communication and team work skills required

Full time position, Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.

Desired Experience: Customer service or inside sales experience required. Wholesale or B2B experience is ideal. Hardwood, woodworking, or construction industry experience is not required but is desired. Some college education is desired also but not required.

· Pre-employment drug screens are required.

Compensation: $16-$18.00 Hourly, depending on experience.
