Job Description
This position is the backbone of the company. You are responsible for getting our clients all the way through the H-2 visa process as their Account Manager. You must be able to juggle 50-70 jobs at the same time in a timely manner. Clients need constant communication and often reassurance, and you'll be responsible for both. You'll be using the phone, email and fax to communicate with clients, staff, and various divisions of the government. Timing is everything, and nothing can be missed. There is constant learning involved. You must stay on top of current government regulations and know how they impact each of your clients. Computer skills are a must. This is a very collaborative position and you will work very closely with your colleagues. This position is a weighty position, meaning, every detail matters. Being Spanish/English bilingual is a HUGE plus!
