Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about account management and business development.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and account status using monday.com
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in agency account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
