In this position, you’ll start by learning the core functions of our sales operations, working closely with our senior leadership and sales teams to gain hands-on experience. As you grow, you’ll take on more responsibility, leading sales campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. With personalized training and support, you’ll gradually transition from learning the ropes to leading your own team and contributing to strategic decisions. This is a growth-oriented role designed to provide you with the tools and experience to develop into a senior management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Begin by learning foundational sales and marketing strategies while supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Gradually assume responsibility for leading and mentoring the sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies that boost engagement, optimize marketing campaigns, and expand business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging to reach and captivate target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans, lead generation activities, and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance success.
  • Recruit, train, and support Sales & Marketing teams, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to high-level strategic planning as you grow into your role.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in promotional products or marketing is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
