What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a sales management plan to meet or exceed territory sales goals.
- Promote Primary Care Portfolio products and educate customers to enhance patient outcomes.
- Effectively communicate product information to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital influencers, identifying and addressing unmet needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team, head office colleagues, and key influencers within your District and Regional Business Unit.
- Share field insights with your team and head office partners to improve processes and strengthen market position.
- Utilize your experience to analyze, plan, and implement activities that drive business success, including sales events, expense management, and continuous education projects.
- Build strong team affiliations and customer relationships through your natural affinity for people.
- Collect and report Adverse Events in accordance with AstraZeneca policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred, with CPPE accreditation advantageous.
- Degree in Science, Business, or equivalent required.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple therapeutic areas.
- Strong influence and credibility-building skills, capable of establishing robust business relationships.
- Excellent organization, communication, and business acumen.
- Committed to fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
- Bilingual in English and French preferred.
- Valid driver's license required (driver abstract requested upon acceptance).
