Position Profile:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing On-Road Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be on the ground, building and maintaining relationships with builders and contractors in your area. Your primary focus will be to introduce our products/services, develop partnerships, and drive sales growth.
This is a commission-based position, offering you the freedom to control your schedule and income. With our generous commission structure, top performers can easily earn $2,000 or more per month!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and construction professionals.
- Identify potential clients and present our product/service offerings.
- Travel to construction sites and offices to meet clients and close sales.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales preferred, but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Detail oriented, disciplined, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
