Position Overview:

Maü Miami is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales within the restaurant or hospitality industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate partners, event planners, and VIP guests.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and promote special events, private parties, and group dining experiences.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any client concerns promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and culinary teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.


Requirements:


  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Networking: Ability to network effectively and build lasting professional relationships within the industry.
