Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager with F&I Experience
Follow up on leads by phone and/or email
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to analyze data and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
