Oracle Acquisitions Client Account Manager will market directly to the consumer base in partnered retail locations where account managers will represent our clients to the consumer base face-to-face to most effectively hit and exceed our weekly goals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately market our client's campaigns by engaging with customers in partnered retail locations
- Maintain a professional manner during all sales and conversations with customers
- Review customer transaction records
- Maintain a reliable working knowledge of customer information
- Effectively handle a number of competing priorities
- Work independently and with a team
- Maintain up-to-date on product knowledge and training
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to accurately track performance
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
