Account Manager - Events & Advertising
Cincy Grind is looking for an entry level Account Manager to develop and execute our firm’s strategic advertising and customer service plans for our top clients and campaigns. We are in immediate need of an outgoing and goal driven individual to be responsible for starting and managing all areas of the company’s business relationship with popular campaigns.
As a representative with us, you will manage the customer acquisition and advertising function to achieve strategic targets while working closely with the Events Department to provide integrated programs that support the customer acquisitions, subscribers, and donors. The representative is the main contact and liaison between the accounts and the various business departments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with the target market
Develop and execute advertising, event and marketing plans that meets or exceeds
- Grow existing product offerings while introducing new product opportunities.
- Work closely with the various departments to ensure the accurate execution of customer/subscriber/donor orders and account activity.
- Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Seek out and communicate meaningful insights about the current market research.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.83 - $23.28 per hour
