Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out new customers and generate leads to grow our clientele.
  • Cabinet Solution Recommendations: Assess customer needs and recommend tailored products by leveraging your expertise in our cabinet offerings and customization options.
  • Proposal Presentation & Closing Sales: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and proposals, successfully closing sales with both potential and existing customers.
  • Project Management: Oversee individual projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth planning and installation processes.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail clients to identify their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the custom cabinet manufacturing industry.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience with CAD design, preferably Cabinet Vision.
  • Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • A talent for building and maintaining lasting customer relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Initially, a competitive base salary will be offered based on your experience and qualifications. After a training period, you will transition fully to the commission structure, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance and sales success.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
  • Benefits include paid time off, medical and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, HSA, and retirement plan options.
