Job Description

Our client is seeking a People and Culture Sales Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate has a background in full-cycle human resources with a focus on contract management, talent acquisition and passion for HR.

This is Hybrid opportunity with offices located in Downtown Vancouver. Our client is in the Real Estate domain. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to travel to various presentation centers and therefore must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

· Create and execute sales contracts as requested by Sales Directors

· Support Sales Operations team with file management, contract management and contract writing

· Lead Sales Force (Sales Team) scheduling including vacations and site coverage

· Reallocate resources based on project goals and timelines

· Update Sales Force lifecycle with contract details

· Assist with onboarding and training coordination

· Ensure HRIS (BambooHR) is up to date

· Support planning and execution of Sales Force events and presentations

· Review sales consultant invoices and expenses

· Collaborate on resource planning and recruitment

· Oversee introductions of new Sales Force members

· Conduct check-ins with new hires and sales staff

· Support Sales Force appreciation efforts

· Work on skill gap analyses and performance management in conjunction with the Sales Director and Director of Training

· Support empowerment conversations with Sales Directors

· Generate retention reports and analyze HR metrics

· Support engagement surveys and reporting

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· 3+ years' experience in a human resources related role

· Experience with contract management and compliance

· HRIS experience, for example, BambooHR

· Ability to take ownership of projects, not afraid to offer insights and opinions

· Professional, organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 3 years (required)
