INSIDE SALES CONSULTANT/MARKETING ASSISTANT
RESULTS STATEMENT: THIS POSITION IS ACCOUNTABLE FOR PRODUCING THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:
1) Sells a minimum of ten new memberships each month.
2)Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close.
3)Implements agreed upon Marketing Plan and ongoing marketing to prospective and current customers to meet personal and clinic goals of expanding customer base in the area.
4) Provides support and ensure customers are achieving their cosmetic goals and convert clients to long term customers.
TACTICAL WORK LISTING:
Sell through consultations and make recommendations to prospects and members of the various solutions the clinic offers to their cosmetic needs.
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities including sales calls, presentations, closed and non-closed sales and follow-up action steps.
Assist in the implementation of clinic marketing plans. Develop a database of qualified leads through marketing, referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
Conduct four (4) hours of outside marketing each week.
Answer calls, build prospects’ and members’ confidence in GOBEYOND AESTHETICS & WELLNESS™’s services; promote GOBEYOND AESTHETICS & WELLNESS™’s services and schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments for consultations, treatments, lab tests, and so forth; Resolve problems at first contact whenever possible.
Collect payments, verify credit cards; answer questions about GOBEYOND AESTHETICS & WELLNESS™’s policies, procedures, fees, schedules, services, treatments, and the like according to protocol.
Collect standard information for marketing, administrative or other purposes; distribute forms, informational materials to prospects / members via mail and e-mail.
Coordinate with clinical staff as necessary to ensure excellent member care.
Follow up with members weekly by phone & email.
Follow up in person with member mid-treatment and at the end of treatment plan.
Record all calls on phone log; maintain filing system and file all member correspondence.
Cultivate member relationships and referrals.
Maintain safe and clean working area.
Understand and comply with the GOBEYOND AESTHETICS & WELLNESS™ Policies and Procedures Manual.
Perform other duties as requested.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma; AA degree preferred. New grad with BS Counseling or Psychology strongly desired.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years sales experience / customer service or counseling desired.

Position Specific:
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge of all GOBEYOND AESTHETICS & WELLNESS™ cosmetic services that allows Aesthetic Solutions Provider to give effective presentation to potential members.
Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Team Leader, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Aesthetic Solutions Provider on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a conversation with people of various backgrounds.
Responsible for identifying and building effective collaboration with other non-competing professionals to maximize revenue.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to members, prospects and clinic team members.
Maintain contact with all members in the market area to ensure superior levels of member Satisfaction.
Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all clinic team members.
Builds trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the member, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

All work is performed in accordance with all government laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the company operates.
All routine work is documented in operations manual. The information included in the operations manual is proprietary.
All work are performed according to company policies and standards inherent in all position contracts, system action plans, team member manuals, ongoing policy memoranda, and facilities and dress codes.
Member and company information are held as strictly confidential outside the company.
All telephone calls, both internal and external, are returned according to telephone protocol (refer to operations manual).
Practice Director is notified of any issues to be resolved or deadlines that cannot be met by reporting position, prior to the due date, in an exception report.
Problems with any system must be brought to the attention of the Practice Director in an exception report so the system can be improved, within the structure of the operations manual.
All policy memoranda indicating changes in policy and/or procedure are stored in each team member’s operations manual, until the time an updated procedure is provided.
Team members provide staff assistance as requested; each team member may be asked from time to time to cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
All business communications, whether verbal, visual, or written, whether for internal or external use, are professional in tone and content and according to any applicable and existing company policies and standards.
Team members respect each other’s time, space, and need for concentration. Socializing and interruptions must not impede workflow.
Team members have monthly, regularly-scheduled meetings with the Practice Director.
Team members are encouraged to recommend ideas for the improvement of their department and position consistent with the company’s Strategic Objective.
