In our continued mission to deliver the best value, experience and opportunity for our communities, stakeholders and partners using customer insights and experience, we are seeking a Coordinator, National Campaigns to coordinate and execute portfolio-wide integrated marketing partnership campaigns to drive performance and renewal tools for the sales team. This role requires working cross-functionally across the Marketing Partnerships, Field Marketing, Digital, and local Center Management teams to roll out and flawlessly execute paid partner marketing campaigns with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger’s hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.

How you will contribute to what we do:

  • Lead and administer the sellable Digital Directory program as company-appointed Point of Contact to coordinate all aspects of unit installation, ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting with Field Management and vendors, display calendar and execution.
  • Coordinate client deliverables of nationally sold media and applicable campaigns as directed by Sr. Manager, National Campaigns.
  • Create and deliver cadenced Salesforce reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all programs are adhering to goal settling, ROI, and delivery of success by communicating deadlines and delivery expectations to Field and Leadership and coordinating the receipt of all deliverables to meet campaign expectations per contracted terms.
  • Create compelling client recaps, inclusive of respective metrics and POP photos that illustrate the campaign in most positive manner.
  • Interface with clients on creative and logistical needs for campaign execution.
  • Primary project coordinator for department photo library, inclusive of local and national campaign POP. Create and shepherd like-industry presentations to roll out as sales tool for Field and National sales teams.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative Department to ensure assigned digital and on-site paid campaigns meet Tanger branding requirements, meet creative deadlines for digital and static campaigns by trafficking spec and art between client, graphics, and sales manager.
  • Pro-actively identifying challenges and solutions for sales implementations.
  • Lead quarterly update of all mall media maps, uploading to Salesforce library
  • Own all property assignment of inventory in Salesforce, working with internal and field stakeholders to identify locations, pricing, faces, and applicable metrics per individual asset.

About You:

  • You have an undergraduate degree with emphasis in sales or marketing and three to five years’ experience in print and/or digital sales operations, preferably in a shopping center environment or any equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • You are extremely self-motivated, independent and energetic leader who can manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously.
  • You have the ability to analyze campaign deliverables.
  • You can deliver strategic, ROI-driven programs in an event activation and/or media environment that materially impacts the bottom line.
  • You are able to establish positive professional working relationships and provide additional value within the department, across business units and with clients
  • You work collaboratively to solve for multi-discipline priorities through strategic capability.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.

Hiring Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.

Hiring Range:$59,400 – $74,250 per year
