Inter-Continental Trading USA Inc., founded in 2004, continues to expand its growth as a leading national manufacturer of vape, cannabis and RYO products. We are seeking a qualified Brand Sales Manager to lead and drive sales of our E-Cigarette (VIO). Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge and experience with the vaper/e-cigarette market, excels at relationship building, short sales cycles, and closing deals.
Responsibilities and Objectives of this Role
Design and execute a sales strategy that ensures the meeting or exceeding of company sales goals and overall profitability.
Obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
Create action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects and new markets.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
Manages preparation of proposals and presentations.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure clear communication and implementation within the team.
Assist with trade shows or travel as needed.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in vape industry sales with proven results.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Familiar with Zoho or related CRM software.
Familiar with Zoom or similar software.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales.
